Hi, my name is Nirmay
I'm an up and coming food critic from Orange County California. I've been surrounded by a variety of different cuisines for a very long time. Along with the food I eat and make at home, I've always been interested in thinking critically about food and the restaurant experience as a whole. From things as simple as the way the server greets a party to the sensory details of a meal, I am excited by all aspects of a restaurant.
I have been on a journey trying several local restaurants and evaluating them based on criteria of professional restaurant critics, as well as details that stand out to me.
